Welcome to the Global Workforce Resilience Advisory Board, an essential part of DaraDotson LLC’s mission to help organizations and communities prepare for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). The advisory board is dedicated to developing workforce strategies, reskilling initiatives, and inclusive policies to ensure no one is left behind as industries evolve through automation, AI, and robotics.

Our Mission

The Global Workforce Resilience Advisory Board unites industry experts, policymakers, and community leaders to shape policies, create reskilling programs, and develop workforce solutions that support a more automated and equitable future.

Our Focus Areas

We focus on shaping workforce policies that promote digital equity and reskilling opportunities, creating customized initiatives that equip workers with future-ready skills, and supporting industries such as logistics, retail, and manufacturing as they adapt to automation and AI.

Positions We’re Looking to Fill

The advisory board is seeking individuals for key roles, including Policy & Advocacy Lead to guide policy development and workforce transformation efforts, Research & Analysis Lead to conduct studies on AI, automation, and workforce trends, and Stakeholder Coordinator to build and manage external relationships. Additional roles include Implementation Strategist to develop and execute workforce strategies, Legal Advisor to offer expertise on workforce policies and AI regulations, and Communications Lead to oversee public relations and communications.

We are also looking for Research Fellows to analyze workforce challenges and contribute to publications, Industry Liaisons to drive collaboration across sectors, and Policy Advisors to provide insights on AI regulations and digital equity initiatives.
