During my tenure at Goodwill Industries, partnerships played a key role in developing tailored training programs. One notable initiative partnered with CVS to train individuals with barriers to employment in roles like customer service and inventory management, leading to direct job placements. Another collaboration with the Fashion Institute of Technology focused on retail management training, providing career growth opportunities within the retail sector.
